PKR Solat may temporarily lock an account for several reasons — too many failed login attempts (a 30-minute auto-lock applies), a self-exclusion or cooling-off period you previously activated, or a security review triggered by unusual activity. The login screen will display a message explaining the reason where possible. For a locked account, contact support@pkrsolat.net with your registered mobile number and full name. Support typically responds within two hours.

Yes — you can log in to your PKR Solat account from any device, any time. There is no device lock on your account. If you log in from an unfamiliar device, PKR Solat may send a security notification to your registered mobile number. We recommend using OTP login on an unfamiliar device rather than password login, as it leaves no stored credentials. Always log out manually when you're done on a non-personal device.

If you have changed your Pakistani mobile number and have not updated it on PKR Solat yet, use Password Login — this doesn't require OTP to your mobile. Once inside, go to Account Settings and update your mobile number (this requires OTP verification to your old number, so update it before you lose access to the old SIM). If you've already lost access to the old number, email support@pkrsolat.net with identity verification details to arrange a manual mobile number update.

On your personal phone that you don't share, staying logged in to PKR Solat is generally safe. PKR Solat implements a 30-minute idle auto-logout on sessions with no activity, which adds a layer of protection. However, if you share your phone with anyone — family members, friends, or colleagues — log out manually after every PKR Solat session to protect your balance and personal account details.
