PKR Solat Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering, depositing, or playing any game on PKR Solat, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all features of the platform including games, bonuses, payment processing, support interactions, and any future services introduced by PKR Solat.

Acceptance also extends to our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these terms by reference. These documents together form the complete agreement between PKR Solat and each registered player.

2Eligibility and Age Requirements

PKR Solat is strictly an 18+ platform. Real-money gaming is available only to adults. This is not a legal formality — it is a firm requirement that PKR Solat enforces through account verification processes.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while maintaining an active account.
• You must be a resident of or currently located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling platform or have a voluntary exclusion in effect.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of PKR Solat.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement under the laws applicable to you.

3Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold one PKR Solat account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different names, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is a serious breach of these terms and will result in all accounts being permanently closed. Any balance across multiple accounts will be forfeited.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your real name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. PKR Solat will never ask for your password by phone or email.
• Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility. Notify PKR Solat immediately at support@pkrsolat.net if you suspect unauthorised access.
• PKR Solat recommends enabling two-factor authentication (OTP) for all withdrawal requests. This setting is available in your account security settings.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be designated dormant. PKR Solat will attempt to contact you before applying any dormancy policy.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on PKR Solat are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT, and Pakistani Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. PKR Solat charges zero fees on deposits and withdrawals from the platform's side.

• Withdrawals are processed only to accounts registered in the same name as the PKR Solat account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• PKR Solat may request identity or payment verification documents before processing the first withdrawal or any withdrawal above Rs 50,000. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and not a penalty.
• Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted, even in the absence of an active bonus. This is a standard platform requirement to prevent payment processing abuse.
• PKR Solat is not liable for delays caused by the player's bank or mobile wallet provider after the withdrawal has been dispatched from our system.

5Bonuses and Promotions

PKR Solat runs a range of bonuses and promotions. Every offer is governed by specific terms stated on the promotion page. The general principles below apply to all bonuses unless the individual promotion explicitly states otherwise.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance. Your real-money deposit balance is always freely withdrawable, regardless of active bonus status.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before it converts to withdrawable cash. The multiplier and eligible games are stated on each offer page.
• All bonuses have an expiry period. Unfulfilled wagering requirements after the expiry date result in the bonus balance being removed. Real-money balance is unaffected.
• PKR Solat does not permit bonus stacking — claiming multiple bonuses simultaneously unless a promotion explicitly permits it.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, structuring bets to exploit wagering terms, or any other exploitative behaviour — results in bonus forfeiture and possible account suspension.
• PKR Solat reserves the right to cancel any active bonus and reclaim bonus funds if there is evidence of bonus abuse, regardless of whether wagering has begun.

6Gameplay Rules and Conduct

Each game category on PKR Solat — Andar Bahar, Baccarat, card games, Ludo, and PSL betting — has its own specific rules available on the respective game pages. These general rules apply across all gameplay on PKR Solat.

• Once a bet is confirmed and the game round has begun, it cannot be cancelled or modified. You are responsible for reviewing your bet before confirming it.
• All game outcomes on PKR Solat are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Results are statistically random and independently verifiable. No employee or system component of PKR Solat can influence a live game outcome.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, PKR Solat's system will void the affected round and return stakes to all players involved. This decision is final.
• In-game chat and communication features must be used respectfully. Harassment, hate speech, or abusive language directed at other players results in a chat ban and, for repeated offences, account suspension.

7Fair Play Policy

PKR Solat invests significantly in maintaining a fair gaming environment. The following behaviours constitute a violation of our Fair Play Policy and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical assistance to play or place bets on PKR Solat.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage — including sharing hand information in real-time during card games or coordinating Ludo room outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches. Any player who discovers a bug is required to report it to PKR Solat support immediately and must not exploit it. Exploitation of bugs, whether intentional or not, leads to account suspension.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with PKR Solat's software, RNG system, or payment infrastructure.
• Using multiple accounts to inflate tournament or leaderboard positions, or to claim bonuses more than once.

8Responsible Gaming

PKR Solat takes responsible gaming seriously — not as a compliance exercise, but because player welfare is a genuine priority. The platform provides several tools that are accessible directly from your account settings without needing to contact support:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits are applied immediately. Increases require a 72-hour cooling-off period before they take effect.
• Session Time Reminders — Set a reminder that alerts you after a specified time spent on the platform in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period — Temporarily lock your account for a chosen period (24 hours to 6 weeks). Account is inaccessible for gaming during this time; withdrawals of existing balance are still processed.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from PKR Solat. Once activated, this cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months. Contact support@pkrsolat.net to initiate.

9Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is governed by the PKR Solat Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering, you consent to PKR Solat collecting and processing your personal data as described in that document.

• PKR Solat does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data is retained for a minimum of 5 years after account closure for regulatory and anti-fraud purposes, after which deletion requests are honoured.
• All stored data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. PKR Solat undergoes regular security audits.
• You may request a complete export of your personal data or submit a deletion request by emailing support@pkrsolat.net.

10Intellectual Property

All content on PKR Solat — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the property of PKR Solat or its licensed game providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform solely for personal gaming purposes.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of PKR Solat's content without express written permission.
• You may not use the PKR Solat name or logo in any way that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without written authorisation.

11Limitation of Liability

PKR Solat provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime, game integrity, and payment reliability, the following limitations apply:

• PKR Solat is not liable for losses arising from temporary service interruptions, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or actions by third-party providers.
• PKR Solat is not responsible for losses you incur as a result of your own gaming decisions. The platform provides information about game odds and responsible gaming tools, but the decision to wager always rests with the player.
• In the event of an error that results in an incorrectly stated balance, PKR Solat reserves the right to correct the error. Any amount won as a direct result of a platform error that would not have been won under correct operation is not payable.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PKR Solat's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12Account Suspension and Closure

PKR Solat reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal use of the platform.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the timeframe requested by PKR Solat.
• At the request of the account holder (voluntary closure).
• Sustained account inactivity exceeding 12 months.

13Amendments to These Terms

PKR Solat may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised, and where possible, registered players will receive a notification by SMS or on-platform message before the changes take effect.

Continued use of PKR Solat after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

14Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are written in English and governed accordingly. In the event of any dispute between a player and PKR Solat, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication with our support team. PKR Solat commits to responding to formal complaints within 5 business days and to resolving disputes in good faith.

PKR Solat operates in accordance with applicable Pakistani regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with local laws in their own jurisdiction.
